Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Inflatable pools that have been inflated or used
- Water games that have been opened or used
- Filtration products that have been installed or used
These exceptions apply unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item:
- We will inspect the item within 3 business days
- Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in your account within:

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
